The proposed contract action is to provide a full-service agreement to provide repairs and preventative maintenance for PRV86 services washers, PRV 2460 Ultrasonic systems, RO systems MRG 2400, Integrated Boilers 30kW, and PRV 633 Sterilizers for Getinge sterilization equipment and provide maintenance in accordance with the OEM manufacturers guidelines and standards. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102 Restricting Competition. Contract will be for a period of performance 01 February 2026 31 January 2027, with four 1-year option periods. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation. No remanufacture or gray market items will be acceptable. (b) Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts), verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM.
