The proposed contract action is to provide Installation of Getinge equipment items to that are listed below: Item Description Location 1 Vendor is to provide to provide brand name equipment, installation, management services that meets or exceeds the physical, functional, and performance of the services listed below. Software Management Services - Alaris System Durham VAMC The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source. Contract will be for an estimated period of performance 12 November 2025 23 May 2026. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation. Interested parties may identify their interest in the requirement and capabilities to Ricardo.McIntosh@va.gov no later than 9:00 AM EST, November 6, 2025. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. (a) Gray market items are Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) goods sold through unauthorized channels in direct competition with authorized distributors. This procurement is for new OEM medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts) for VA Medical Centers. No remanufacture or gray market items will be acceptable. (b) Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts), verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM.
