Performance required; Sensor technology Ultrasound compatible with venous identification and access with ability for fluid aspiration Communicate with Patient monitor in real time Ability to assess waveforms and pacer manipulation Ability to produce physiologic responses to pacing Provide training on both asynchronous and synchronous pacing modes, including training scenarios for both Provide for practice from insertion of pacer wires to pacer capture. Presents real time vital signs Essential physical characteristics; Dimensions (if applicable) Durable replaceable tissue All in one system (manikin, laptop, with software to run the manikin and display waveforms) System responds to manipulation of pulse and pacing thresholds. Has both mechanical and electrical capture Has real-time vitals including HR, ABP, NIBP, and SPO2 Defibrillator for transcutaneous pacing and transition of care ECG tracing presents intracardiac location waveforms to confirm catheter positioning Scenario-based training: Instructor mode includes common, native rhythms/settings for transcutaneous and transvenous threshold, and multiple outcomes. Student mode allows hands self-guided training Qualifications of Offerors: Contractor must be regularly established in the business that is called for, must provide pharmacy license and who in the judgment of the Contracting Officer are financially responsible and able to show evidence of the reliability, ability, experience, equipment, facilities and personnel directly employed or supervised by them to render prompt and satisfactory service.
