Description of services: 01: The work expected on the service agreement should include a scheduled preventative maintenance visit by a manufacturer-certified field technician and access to (via phone and email) customer service representatives for remote troubleshooting or to schedule a dispatched field technician when necessary. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no Solicitation will be issued.
