To determine a acquisition strategy for procuring a ROCHE LAIT Service Contract at Asheville VA Medical Center Asheville North Carolina 28805. The scope of the acquisition includes but is not limited to servicing of components of the parent systems. The onsite preventative and corrective maintenance support will include all software updates, parts and labor, and phone support. The vendor must provide original equipment manufacturer trained and certified technicians to assist in the maintenance of these systems. Additionally, the vendor must be able to provide original equipment manufacturer parts and software necessary to maintain maximum reliability and uptime at no additional cost to the Asheville VA Medical Center. In response, please include the following: (a) a positive statement of your intent to submit a bid as a prime contractor (capability statement); (b) evidence of experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, points of contact and telephone numbers; (c) past performance references with points of contact and phone numbers.
