PARWIRE COMBO, 24 X 60 X 80, 2 SHELVES Cart, Wire, Mobile Logiquip Wake County VA Outpatient Clinic VAMC The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of VAAR 819.7008, Sole source awards to verified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. Contract will be for an estimated period of performance 10 March 2025 10 June 2025. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation. Interested parties may identify their interest in the requirement and capabilities to Ricardo.McIntosh@va.gov no later than 12:00 PM EST, March 4, 2025. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. All information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government. (a) Gray market items are Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) goods sold through unauthorized channels in direct competition with authorized distributors. This procurement is for new OEM medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts) for VA Medical Centers. No remanufacture or gray market items will be acceptable. (b) Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts), verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM.
