The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, transportation, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide courier services as defined in the Statement of Work, SOW. Service must be done in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal guidelines. A request for quote, RFQ, will be issued on Friday, January 10, 2025. Period of Performance is for one base year plus four, 4, option years to begin February 1, 2025. Laboratory and Pathology Courier Services for the North Battlefield VA Clinic will begin April 1, 2025. To be eligible for award, the prospective contractor must be registered in SAM database at http://www.sam.gov and comply with the Evaluation for Basis of Award.
