Occupancy, the space is required on or before October 1, 2024. Term, lease term will be 20 years; 10-year firm fixed price with additional 10 one - year soft terms. The Department of Veterans Affairs is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous; otherwise, the department of Veteran Affairs intends to pursue a sole source lease acquisition with the current Lessor located at 8851 Ellstree Lane, Suite 122, Raleigh, NC 27617. The Department of Veterans Affairs will consider the cost of moving, tenant improvements, etc., when deciding whether the Raleigh Vet Center should relocate.
