PHILIPS NORTH AMERCIA. Services will include a one-time period of performance for preventive maintenance service for (5) Philips Epiq CVx Ultrasound systems. This service shall be performed on-site at Richmond VA Medical Center located at 1201, Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA 23249. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by completing the attached SF1449 and returning it to robert.morgan@va.gov no later than 12:00 PM EST on 20-DEC-2024. When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to number 36C26125Q0159, Notice of Intent in the subject line. A determination not to compete this proposed contract upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Verbal and facsimile responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. All interested parties are reminded to be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov/SAM/ in order to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
