Gauge, Distance, Pupillary Wake County VA Outpatient Clinic VAMC 2 Mirror, Front Surface Reflector, Eye Exam 3 Warmer, Spectacle, Plastic 4 Pachymeter, Handheld Ultrasound, Corneal 5 Corneal Topography Unit The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of VAAR 819.7008, Sole source to an SDVOSB. Contract will be for an estimated period of performance 10 March 2025 10 June 2025. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation. No remanufacture or gray market items will be acceptable. (b) Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed medical supplies, medical equipment and/or services contracts for maintenance of medical equipment (i.e. replacement parts), verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM, such that the OEM s warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM.
