## Description

CLF10sc, sc4500 Dual Input, pHD Chlorine Analyzer INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Salem VA Medical Center, located in Salem, VA, intends to award on sole source basis contract to Hach Company to support a equipment delivery and installation contract to cover all parts, and labor of the CLF10sc,sc4500 Dual Input, pHD Chlorine Analyzer. The proposed contract action is for equipment and installation for which the Government intends to procure from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1.

Hach Company is the sole manufacturer and distributor of the CL CLF10sc, sc4500 Dual Input, pHD Chlorine Analyzer and other Hach branded components. Hach Company is the sole supplier of any service-related material including, but not limited to, field repairs, extended warranty, retrofits, service contracts, or unit certifications for CLF10sc, sc4500 Dual Input, pHD Chlorine Analyzer. The award will go to Hach Company directly. As a Sole Source purchase, quotes are not being requested.

Responses shall be received, in writing, no later than 12:00 PM, EST, on 12/26/2024 to James.risbon@va.gov. Any firm or individual submitting comments shall identify their firm name, point of contact, title, address, and telephone number.
