## Description

Provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) PM and Inspection of the equipment listed below. The Slide Stainers, Cover Slippers, Cryostats and Tissue Embedders are machines used in Lab to prep lab samples. Scope of work includes an annual preventative maintenance visit, all replacement parts, labor and travel expenses for any unscheduled service visits. Contract excludes items considered accessories. All equipment and services to be provided by OEM trained technicians with OEM-new parts and in conformance with OEM specifications.
