The order must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy, efficiency, and patient safety because it is a logical follow-on to a FY24 contract. Description of market research conducted and results or statement why it was not conducted: In accordance with FAR Part 10, VAAR 810 and VAAM M810, market research has been conducted for this acquisition. The following techniques were used: Used VA s VIP database to identify verified capable SDVOSBs and VOSBs.

A check of the database is not required for Sole Source Acquisitions. Conducting market survey: Market shows Frontier Building Systems Inc has been awarded this requirement for several years. An Intent to Sole Source Synopsis will be issued on the Contract Opportunites in accordance with FAR Part 5 Procedures.
