This involves providing an easily accessible solution available on any internet enabled device, first utilized at home, and then continuing into the clinical setting. This is a continuation of the services that have already been provided and expansion of the current scope of services. The Wellovate team are currently the only team that can provide this service as other companies would not have access to the proprietary work that has already been done in the base of the contract and that would need to be redone to execute. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) soliciting from a single source. Please note, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.
