Hurricane Helene caused extensive damages to the basement of Bldg. 47 and this action is to repair the damages caused by 10 inches of Stillwater in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) for restricting competition on this procurement and in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(2), this action is made under the conditions described in Far 6.302-2 in which unusual and compelling urgency precludes competition to the maximum extent practicable. Please note, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Solicitation documents are not available and telephone requests will not be accepted.
