This labor-intensive process involves tasks such as folding, addressing envelopes, and ensuring accurate patient information insertion, highlighting the inefficiencies of the current system. Recognizing the need for modernization, we are answering the call by requesting an upgrade to existing print services processes termed the Veteran s Critical Communication Modernization (VCCM) Program. The aim is to enhance the dissemination of vital information such as appointment reminders, lab results, program details, and other correspondence, while reducing reliance on manual labor. By implementing a more streamlined and automated approach, the facility seeks to improve overall communication processes, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery to Veterans across the catchment area across central Virginia and into northern North Carolina.
