There are underground existing utilities and installations this contactor shall relocate. There is mobilization and project area located at the building, but pedestrian and vehicle traffic ways must be kept open for facility use. Any additional space required may be remote on the facility or the contractor shall have to find a location off station but will not be compensated by the VA. See specification section 01 35 26 Safety Requirements for detailed requirements of the Site Superintendent, SSHO, and Quality Control Manager. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is January 15, 2024, with a bid opening on or about February 15, 2024. These are only tentative dates.
