All items must be transported in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations including any specified regulations for oxygen cylinders or bio-hazardous materials. Period of performance will be One Year. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with VAAR 819.7008 Sole source awards to verified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.
