This order will be for resident housing that shall not exceed a proximity greater than ten (10) miles to the Charles George VA Medical Center Asheville NC. The contractor shall furnish five (5) separate apartments. 5 apartments shall be a minimum of two (2) bedroom, with an included bathroom, full kitchen (range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher), and a separate living room and a minimum of 950 square feet. Rental shall include furnishing full-size washer/dryer, TV (minimum 25-inch flat screen), bedroom furniture, living room furniture, kitchen/dining room furniture and basic kitchenware and each rental shall include water. Berrington Village Apartments has been identified as the only vendor who can provided the needed accommodations and service needs.
