Rental shall include furnishing full-size washer/dryer, TV (minimum 25-inch flat screen), bedroom furniture, living room furniture, kitchen/dining room furniture and basic kitchenware and each rental shall include water. Berrington Village Apartments has been identified as the only vendor who can provided the needed accommodations and service needs. This proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all expressions of interest received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government.
