Service shall include providing all necessary time, personnel, labor, equipment, and supplies, to perform steam testing for dryness and non-condensable gases at the steam line serving steam sterilization equipment located in Building 110A, CG48A within the SPS at the Hampton VA Medical Center. In addition, all work shall be accomplished in-accordance with applicable Life Safety and OSHA codes and regulations, meeting Joint Commission, NFPA Stat, and or local codes and Department of Veteran Affairs guidelines and policies. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 19.1506, Women-Owned Small Business Program Sole Source awards.
