## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, in Hampton, VA, intends to award on a Sole Source basis, a contract to Veterans HealthCare Supply Solutions Inc to support the Salem VA Medical Center in Salem, VA for the ScriptPro Eyecon Modeln9430. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with VAAR 819.7008. This procurement is for ScriptPro Eyecon 9430 equipment and installation service.

The ScriptPro Eyecon 9430 is a tabletop tablet/capsule counting device, it uses a Visual Counting System to count filled prescriptions, verify prescription double counts and stock bottle back counts, and facilitate physical inventory counts (including verifying robot cell quantities). The ScriptPro Eyecon 9430 is currently being utilized at the Salem VAMC however, the equipment currently on hand are at the end of life and need to be traded in.

Please note, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Solicitation documents are not available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business who believes it can meet the requirements and possesses an authorized distributer/reseller letter may give written notice. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement.

Responses will be considered by the Government; However, Government determination not to compete the proposed acquisition, based upon responses of this notice, is solely within Government discretion. NAICS Code 339112 / Size Standard 1000 employees. Responses must be received, via email, no later than 3:30 PM EST on September 13, 2024, to Yanique.Williamschin@va.gov. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
