Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if it's determined only one source is reasonably available to satisfy agency requirements, as supplemented with additional information in this notice.

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6 intends to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to Trillamed, LLC for Omnicell XT for the Chesapeake Veterans Medical Center (VAMC) located at Western Branch 2508 CHESAPEAKE SQUARE RING RD. CHESAPEAKE, VA 23321 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334118 Computer Terminal and other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hampton VAMC intends to award a Firm-Fixed price, single source delivery order to Trillamed, LLC. The purpose of the order is to obtain Omnicell XT Cabinets and equipment Requirement to include:
