The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, supplies, management, and supervision necessary to pull to electrical wires from the 5th floor of Building 47 to the penthouse to provide electrical power for the new communication antennas at the Charles George, Asheville VA Medical Center located at 1100 Tunnel Road, Asheville NC 28805.
