(NAICS Code 811310 (Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance) The scope of the acquisition includes but is not limited to: Annual Internal and External Boiler Inspection Annual Safety Valve Replacement and Recertification Semi-Annual Dual Fuel tuning For both natural gas and oil Emergency boiler repairs contingency Include all required annual maintenance and repairs, including emergency repairs.
