NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT USING OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION Department of Veterans Affairs The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for the Fayetteville Vet Center, an existing lease, located in Fayetteville, NC Carolina. The current lease is expiring February 15, 2025. Requirement State:

**6052 Space Type:** Office Space All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy, the space is required on or before February 16, 2025. Term, lease term will be 20 years; 5-year firm fixed price with additional 15 one -year soft terms.

The Department of Veterans Affairs is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous; otherwise, the department of Veteran Affairs intends to pursue a sole source lease acquisition with the current Lessor located at 2301 Robeson Street, Suite 301, Fayetteville, NC 28305. The Department of Veterans Affairs will consider the cost of moving, tenant improvements, etc., when deciding whether the Fayetteville Vet Center should relocate.
