Occupancy, the space is required on or before October 1, 2024. Term, lease term will be 10 years; 5-year firm fixed price with additional 5 one - year soft terms. The Department of Veterans Affairs is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous; otherwise, the department of Veteran Affairs intends to pursue a sole source lease acquisition with the current Lessor located at 3022 Croasdaile Drive, Durham, NC 27705.
