The purpose of this amendment is to respond to Request for information received as a result of the site visit conducted August 6, 2024. **Question:** Can a drawing be provided showing locations of the Fire Dampers Answers: See attached Request: Please confirm the work will be performed during normal weekday, daytime hours Response: Facility cannot guarantee all work can be accomplished during normal work hours but shall try to support this to the extent possible. This contract must minimize disruptions.

**Request:** Please confirm that utility shutdown notifications will be in 2 weeks, if otherwise please indicate.

**Response:** Utility outage requests preference is to give any affected service area a two-week (14 Calendar Days) notice from an Approved request.

**Question:** Can you provide a detailed drawing or blueprint for the location of each fire damper? This will provide and idea of how accessible is each fire damper?

**Answer:** There are no known accurate drawings other than what is being provided. The site visit was conducted so bidders could see typical existing conditions and circumstance expected to be encountered.
