Page 3 of 3 NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to award a Base plus 4 firm fixed price sole-source contract to Agiliti Corp. for services to be performed at the Richmond Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Urology department in Richmond, Virginia. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services with a size standard of $19.5M. Description of services:

**06:** cryoablation procedures per year to include technicians, equipment, and required disposables. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no Solicitation will be issued. The justification for this noncompetitive solicitation is due to Agiliti Corp. being the sole company capable of providing a suite of cryoablation services which includes technicians, equipment, and the required disposables.

Market research has determined that this service is highly specialized and only available from a single source.

The Government intends to award the contract with an effective date of 03 June 2024 to Agiliti Corp. 11095 Viking Drive Suite 300 Eden Prairie, MN 55344. However, interested parties may identify their skill and ability by sending capability statements about this requirement to the contracting Officer within three (3) calendar days of this publication by contacting Gordon Burns via e-mail gordon.burns@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted.

Those interested firms must indicate whether they are large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a) or woman owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreign owned.
