The proposed NAICS 238210 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of $19.0 million. The anticipated Magnitude of Construction is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The anticipated Period of Performance is 465 Days from the Notice to Proceed. Statement of Objectives: The areas to be renovated include Building 47 main hospital and Building 62 Community Living Center.
