DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Contractor is to remove existing sheet flooring with welded seams and provide repairs as needed (level divots, cracks, etc.). Contractor is to provide and install homogeneous sheet flooring .080" thick with backing, flooring should be in accordance with specifications and VA TIL requirements. The combined rooms are approx. 515 sq ft with cove base 4" up wall. It s critical that patient care is not disrupted, and this will require completing the installation of each room separately. Infectious Control measures are required during demolition and installation. An infectious control permit will be issued by the VA. The Vendor shall provide all supervision, labor, and equipment necessary for completion. Must be completed within 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Duty hours will be 0730-1600.
