The Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is trying to determine whether to set-aside an acquisition for Annual Emergency Generator Inspection at the Charles George VA Medical Center 100 Tunnel Road, Asheville NC 28805. The scope of the acquisition includes but is not limited to: Conducting first Full-Service Preventive Maintenance Inspection to include, prestart, cooling system, lubrication system, air intake system, fuel system, exhaust system, generator, electrical system, and control panel analysis and replacing of parts. Vendor will provide a second six (6) month follow up inspection in which the followings areas will be evaluated, prestart, cooling system, lubrication system, air intake system, exhaust system, fuel system, generator, control panel, transfer switch, start-up and running (cooling system & control panel).
