## Description

The Architect/Engineer shall provide design services necessary to furnish: Schematics, Design Development, Construction Documents, Technical Specifications, Construction Period Services, Site Visits, Cost Estimates, As-Built Documentation, and all other related information for Project 659-24-800 Correct Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) Deficiencies and Renovate Building 5. The project corrects findings found during Facility Condition Assessment, modernizes the station s main kitchen, and relocates the station s VCS retail store.
