Provide all services, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, technical expertise, insurance, taxes and fees necessary to service and maintain Genetec video management systems. Contractor is responsible for servicing and supporting 485 IP cameras and all associated equipment to manufacturer specifications. Contractor shall ensure all existing Salisbury and Charlotte CBOC cameras and equipment operate as directed by the VA Physical Security Specialist in accordance with the VA Physical Security Design Manual. Contractor will provide system configuration and programming for all equipment. Contractor camera technicians are required to be Genetec certified and will have a minimum of two technicians certified at the Enterprise Level and in good standing with Genetec.
