## Description

**INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:** Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center Richmond Virginia intends to award on sole source basis a contract to the Spectranetics Corporation for a Base year plus four option years of service for the CVX-300 Laser system installed at the McGuire VAMC with the period of performance 15 Jan 2024 to 14 Jan 2025 This proposed contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, interested parties may identify their interest by sending capability statements in reference to this requirement no later than 11 Jan, 2024 @ 12:00 PM EST to:
