## Description

Warwick Mechanical Group,Â Richmond Reheat System Heat Exchanger Repairs The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contractÂ with Warwick Plumbing & Heating Corp. This requirement is for repair service to cover all maintenance parts and labor of the reheat system at the Richmond VAMC.Â Due to the timeframe of project completion and necessity of multiple vendors to be involved, this requirement has become more complex.

Warwick Mechanical Group (WMG) has experience with this particular reheat system and has contact with the OEM in which the specialty parts must be repaired by.

It is in the best interest of the government to award to WMG to ensure smooth operation and have the main reheat system running again in a timely manner. Â Period of performance will be for the periodÂ of 30 days after award.Â Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) soliciting from a single source.Â Â Â Â This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.Â Â No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted.

However, any business that believes it can meet these requirements and possesses relevant past experience and expertise may give written notice.

Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement.Â Responses will be considered by the Government, however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â NAICS CodeÂ 238220 / $19 million.Â Â Â Â Responses received by 12:00 pmÂ estÂ on 21 JAN 2024Â will be considered by the Government.Â Inquiries shall be emailed to Stephen.Nassan@va.gov.
