## Description

The Government will not pay for any information solicited. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of the Salem VA Health Care System, is conducting market research to determine whether to set aside an acquisition for Perfusors as defined in the attached document (Salient Characteristics).

The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a vendor to provide Perfusors and associated items.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339112 (Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing), Size Standard 1,000 Employees; the Product Service Code (PSC) Classification is 6515. Interested parties should submit with the response the following information: 1. Company Name 2. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) 3. Cage Code 4.
