The contractor shall provide all transportation, material, hardware and parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise to provide the services. The solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13. Place of Performance: Hunter Homes VA Medical Center 1201 Broad Rock Blvd. Richmond VA 23249. Period of Performance: Period of Performance for the resultant contract will be a base plus 4 option year periods beginning on 18 Oct 2023 – 30 Sept 2024 in strict accordance with all schedules, specification, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
