Thirty (30) parking spaces are required. A lease up to 20 Years/ 5 years firm will be considered.  The space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 6th, 2026. The lease space must be fully serviced to include all utilities, landscaping, trash removal, and janitorial services.  Lease space within the following boundaries will be considered: North- Bee Ridge Rd. South- South Beneva Rd. East- Clark Rd. (FL. -&2) West- US Hwy 41  A market survey of offered properties will be conducted by VA staff.
