## Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, is issuing Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. The contractor shall provide a virtual online Train the Trainer program that encompasses various proactive risk assessment (PRA) tools as defined in the statement of work This is a request for quotations (RFQ). The associated NAICS code for procurement is 611430 with a size standard of $15 million. As a result of the solicitation, the Government intends to award Firm Fixed Price. Prospective quoters must be registered in sam.gov.

All SDVOSB/VOSB must be registered and current in U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA VetCert) at Veteran Small Business Certification (sba.gov) to be eligible for award.
