Work includes, but is not limited to, excavation, fencing, soil preparation and reseeding of lawn for the addition of direct-buried pipe from the Boiler Plant, Bldg. 320, to the interior of Hospital, Bldg. 500, in the Basement Interstitial Space, electrical construction to include manhole lighting and receptacle, mechanical construction to include addition of 8 high pressure steam main and pumped condensate mains and certain other items. Estimated construction cost range is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The firm must be a Specialty Trade Construction firm approved under NAICS: 238220, size standard: $19 million. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: http://www.veterans.certify.sba.gov, https://dsbs.sba.gov, and https://www.sam.gov to include the completion of Representations and Certifications and registering with Vets 4212 at https://www.dol.gov/vets/vets4212.htm, to be eligible for award. Only SDVOSB Firms currently verified in the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) at https://www.veterans.certify.sba.gov or Dynamic Small Business Search (DSBS) https://dsbs.sba.gov are eligible to submit bids/offers.
