## Description

36C24526P0078 Award Notice The decision was determined by the Evaluation Factors that was posted in amendment 0001 with the updated statement of work. The Federal Government determines accountability.

**Evaluation Factors:** Technical Requirements, Best Value, Past Performance, Brochure Images, Past Performances from three contracts in the last five years with a point of contact and phone number, business must be established in USA and be stated. Vendor Shall respond to RFQ by solicitation RFQ close date and time in required documents submitted via email to Theresa.thomas7@va.gov .
