## Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award to Siemens Industry Inc. Base +4 Option Years Contract The Department of Veterans Affairs, Beckley VA Medical Center in Beckley, WV (VAMC) maintains and operates multiple HVAC systems and their components under the Siemens Control System. The intent of the Beckley VAMC is for the Contractor to provide proactive preventive maintenance service hours, emergency response hours, and proprietary control system experience for all systems that are currently operating under Siemens at the Beckley VA Medical Center. Due to proprietary software, this contract shall be sole sourced to Siemens.
