## Description

The purpose of Amendment 2 is to correct SOW and add line items. NAIC 339112 PSC J065 Statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation. Quotes that fail to furnish required representations or information or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. Missing one or more documents, incomplete RFQ responses will be considered non-compliant/non-conforming.
