The contractor shall provide the resources and services necessary to produce special issues, as needed, to JOEM, a peer-reviewed scientific journal. The special issues of JOEM shall contain 9 articles and a maximum of 104 pages. One article will be an editorial that gives context for why this is a priority issue for VA. One original article will be drafted to serve as an introduction to the body of work and detailed description of the methods used.
