## Description

Notice that SDV Medical is a dba of SDV Office Systems, LLC (UEI H4F8YGMM78K6) will be awarded a Sole Source Award. For the Tablo Hemodialysis Maintenance and Service Agreement. Contractor shall maintain the Tablo hemodialysis machines in proper operating condition and assure optimum performance and reliability as well as the overall safety of the patients. The Contractor will provide all the parts and services necessary for the maintenance and repair of the provided hemodialysis units.
