## Description

This is a Base plus four option years service contract Performance Period Dates Price Base Year:

**Option Year Four:** Option years may be exercised. Contractor shall provide maintenance support for the VA Medical Center, Martinsburg WV. The services provided will be of nature and scope described in the paragraphs below. NACIS 811210 and PSC J065 The purpose of this requirement is to Perform Preventive Maintenance and Repair on BD Max serial number CT2515 located at the VA Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV 25405. Becton Dickson has provided a sole source letter stating that no 3rd parties have the ability to buy parts or re-sell software for this device. See attached.
