## Description

The Vendor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, OSHA certification, materials, supplies, equipment, uniforms, vehicles, and transportation to provide diesel fuel to in grounds behind Beckley VAMC. Vendor shall provide all necessary resources required to accomplish the deliverables entailed within this Statement of Work (SOW) within 15 days of contract award. NAIC 325110 PSC S204 See RFQ SOW for evaluation factors POP, technical requirement, past performance, and delivery location. MISSING OR INCOMPLETE RFQ RESPONSES/DOCUMENTS PACKAGES WILL BE CONSIDERED NONCOMPLIANT/NONCONFORMING.
