## Description

The notice of intent to sole source this requirement is for the procurement of registration fees for twenty-one (21) VHA Office of Clinical Services employees to attend the 2025 American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Congress on Healthcare Leadership Conference in Chicago, IL from March 24 through March 27, 2024. The ACHE annual Congress provides a unique opportunity for healthcare leaders across the healthcare continuum to gather to help advance healthcare leadership excellence and improve healthcare in communities across the U.S. Over 5,000 healthcare leaders are expected to attend, making this an excellent opportunity for networking and sharing of best practices in healthcare.

The emphasis of the Congress is transformational leadership and collaborative learning. There are over 150 expert-led sessions for attendees to choose from in order to earn continuing education credits (CEUs).

Several of the sessions are being given by VA employees on the topics of VA s In Pursuit of Zero Harm: A Focused Approach to Quality Improvement, Veterans Health Administration s Industry-Leading Workplace Violence Prevention Program Overview and Easily Adaptable Implementation Strategies, High Reliability at Headquarters: Cultural Transformation in the Virtual Environment.

The ACHE Congress on Healthcare Leadership Conference is by far the largest event with over 6,000 attendees, 500 expert speakers and 220 education and networking sessions.
