This scope is to add (1) scrubex lease equipment and maintain/existing equipment/software/repair lease for (33) Scrubex and Alex machines for base and up to 2 (12) month option periods for the life of the contract at Baltimore VAMC and (2) other medical facilities within Maryland Va Healthcare system NAIC 532490 PSC W065 100% Set aside SDVOSB Subcontracting limitations apply.
